Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your items are shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
Items are unused and in original packaging
There are no signs of damage, stains, or wear
Ball tubes are unopened
Clothing has not been worn or washed
Items returned in unsellable condition (e.g. used, damaged, dirty) will not be refunded.
Return shipping is at your own expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
